Assembly Instructions
STEP 1
To make sure your item fits correctly on your chair, please confirm the fit of the chair cover on the chair before opening your compressed PROFOAM roll.
STEP 2
Make a small cut with scissors at the end of the compressed foam packaging. Be careful not to slice your foam. Once you cut the plastic wrapping finish opening by pulling the plastic apart with your hands. Remove all plastic packaging.
STEP 3
While the PROFOAM is decompressing, fold in half and slide into the cushion cover. Release the fold and adjust the PROFOAM until it fills the cover correctly. The tags on the insert should be on the same side as the zipper on the cover.
STEP 4
Zip the Cover closed and let the foam expand for up to 48 hours.
Pro Tips:
- The cushion foam may take 48 hours to completely decompress and return to it’s intended firmness.
- If water gets into cushion, tip on its side with zipper opened and facing down to speed drying.
- For chaise cushion, fold and slide in the larger piece of foam in the cover first.
- For proper drainage on PROFOAM print cushions, place cushions with seams and ties at the bottom.
