Step 1
ARDEN in collaboration with OceanCycle gathers discarded commercial fishing nets
Step 2
Materials are sorted, washed, and shredded into flakes
Step 3
These flakes are melted into pellets
Step 4
The pellets are then spun into yarns
Step 5
Finally, Oceantex Fabric is sewn to create UV resistant outdoor cushions
Step 6
The fabrics are woven to create Oceantex performance fabric
